Protected Under Trademark

Totes McGotes’ name and logo are protected under Indiana trademark law, I.C. § 24-2-1 et seq., ID#2026000028747. Any unauthorized use, duplication, imitation, or reproduction of the Totes McGotes name, logo, or trade dress — including confusingly similar variations in spelling — within the state of Indiana will be pursued to the full extent of the law.
